This place is good. Their side items are the best! I'm trying to eat better so I'll go for lunch and order their chicken salad. It's a large portion, enough for two, and they serve it with a large jalapeno and crackers. Try their "Fit Bowl" also. They put a soy-lime sauce on it that is out of this world. I'll take pictures next time and upload them. Oh, don't forget to order fries, on cheat days, they've got like a crunchy coating on them and are so good. Enjoy!
The food is delicious!!! The chicken is finger licking good! The salsas are tastey and have a spicy kick to them. I've only gone through the drive thru so I cant grade the atmosphere. Just tried one of their fit bowls and was really good.
Service is fast. Food is always delicious and my orders are always correct. Staff is friendly. I love the macaroni salad. You must try. This is a perfect place to stop if you are tired to cook dinner. The plates are big, so one meal is enough for you kids.

Great food at about $10 a person. Everything is made on a charcoal grill and it adds tons of flavor to everything. Try their burgers! You won't regret it.
I love Don Carbon!!! I have little children so I love it that they have a drive thru. I pick up food and take it to the house. It's the best chicken, salsas, beans, tortillas ever!

Don Carbón did NOT disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was seasoned perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every sauce they gave was spot on, each one better than the last. And the mac n’ queso? 100 out of 10. Creamy, flavorful, and not overly cheesy — the balance was perfect. The baked potato was also so good… loaded, fresh, and cooked just right. The fries were just okay, but to be fair, I drove about 5 miles before trying them, so the moisture probably affected the texture. Overall, the quality, flavor, and portions were worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back to Don Carbón!
